Can you please add support for RAW S format? Maybe an ETE?
If you shoot both RAW S (not working) and RAW L (working) this is how it looks like on Finder. NEF files in Large format are 4 - 5 times bigger than Small format and you need both of them.

Apple can't release it until Nikon supplies them with the required information.
Apple doesn’t routinely monitor the discussions. These are mostly user to user discussions.
Send Apple feedback. They won't answer, but at least will know there is a problem. If enough people send feedback, it may get the problem solved sooner.
