Q: I pre ordered and iPhone 6 from Verizon and it hasn't arrived yet.

I pre-ordered an Iphone 6 16gb (space gray) from Verizon on septemeber 13th, the second day the Iphone 6's were available for pre-ordering. On the web site it told me it would arrive within a day or two of 9/19. It should have arrived by Monday the 22nd. i have checked the status of my order daily on Verizon and it tells me my order is processing and will receive tracking details shortly. it has been nearly a week since the expected delivery date and my phone hasn't even shipped yet. I pre-ordered my phone so i could receive it as early as possible, not to be waiting weeks for it to arrive. If anyone else is having similar problems or has any idea when it will arrive, it is much appreciated. Thank you in advance.

There is nothing anyone here can do, nor can Apple. The holdup is with Verizon and their stock of new iPhones. With over ten million iPhones sold the first weekend the supply is far short of the demand.

You can give it a try...my guess is they are pulling their hair out about now

If you have the confirmation from Verizon, see if there is a link to check the order, or get info. I use Verizon, and they have always been very helpful.

Yea i could imagine. its just very frustrating to have pre-ordered a phone and not receive it when specify. there is a link to check the order and i have checked many times. it just keeps telling me my order is processing. is there another way I could go about finding further info as to when it will be shipping? thank you

If you have a Verizon store close enough to drop in, go in off hours like the middle of the afternoon while they are not very busy, and see if they can get more info for you. The Verizon staff have resources we customers do not have.

The processing flag could also indicate that they have run out of units to send and are waiting for more from Apple...just a guess of course.
