Q: I have Iphone 5 I just Uptade to ios8 and the music app doesnt work

I have an Iphone 5 and I just update to IOS8, When I open my music app or youtube, i can not hear anything, but any other ring works ok

Hello jeanluckpickard,

It may help to force close all applications and reset your iPhone.

If you're still not getting any audio from your iPhone, the next step would be restoring the device.
