find my phone
When I use find my phone it indicates all my iPads are in St Louis. I live in California and my iPad is in my hand. If I use Find my phone on my iPhone or maps it still indicates the wrong location

Were these iPads recently in St Louis? If so it is possible that the location has not been refreshed yet. See this article under General Issues -

If that is not the case, you may want to look at this article, which explains more about Location Services and why it may not be showing an accurate location -

If this does not resolve your issue, I would suggest that you continue troubleshooting by quitting all other applications -
Test again. If not resolved, restart the iPad -
Turn your iOS device off and on (restart) and reset
And lastly if not resolved, back up your iPad's data and restore as a new device -
