how to use a windows CD program on a mac

I am taking a Real Estate Class and the ONLY CD produced for the mandated Text Book is for Windows Operating System Only. I've contacted the publishing company and there is not a CD for Mac computers. I have a Mac computer. How do I install a Windows OS on a separate part of my Mac so I can use my Real Estate CD need to pass my class? I have "re-install" disks with different Windows OS for my other computers such as Dell and HP, but I'm not sure if that will do what I need or just mess my Mac up.

Will you please advise me on the steps I should take to be able to use both iOS and WinOS on my MacBook Pro?
