You will lose access to any shared photo albums, but they will remain in iCloud and will reappear on your phone when you sign back in. You will lose my photo stream photos older than 30 days. My photo stream photos added in the last 30 days will stream back to your phone when you sign back in; older photos are no longer in iCloud and will be lost. Non-photo stream photos will remain on your phone.
