I have an Apple Tv and it recently did an update, but now it will not let me click agree to the new iCloud Terms and Condtions, what to do I do? (And yes I've unplugged it several times to see if that will work)

I did that, doesn't work 😟 I click Agree and it says connecting but then it doesn't connect and takes me back to the iCloud terms and conditions page. I've tried it over and over and it will not let me agree and connect.
I have same issue. I have done a restart. If reset doesn't work then what do I do?? I have iTunes match and we use our photo stream all the time so this is a real problem.

Same problem here... Our company has multiple Apple TV v3's used to stream advertising from the iCloud. They are all blank right now....

I might have found a solution to your problem in another discussion as it solved my problem.
Go to Settings>General>Region Format to correct your area. In my case though I'm located in Canada, it said United States & after correcting my area I'm up & running again now.

Changing the Region Format from US to Canada solved my problem. Funny how doing up update changes which country you are, but whatever, glad it is fixed, thank you very much for your help!!
