How to shuffle a playlist after you choose the first song?

I will often go to a music playlist, look for a specific song I have in mind, start the song and then want to shuffle the rest from there. I can find no way of doing this? I definitely see the "shuffle" option at the top, but I want the option of choosing the first song to listen to. This is inherently easy on my iPod Touch. Surely the Apple TV has a similar feature. Is there some button combo to bring up the shuffle option once the first song begins? Please help. Thanks.
