Where are these settings in iOS8?

iOS: Using Facebook, Twitter, and other social network accounts

the above refs article illustrates how to sync FB contacts into iPhone Contacts app - but my FfB settings (in Settings) don't show the 'apps permitted to use this data' portion in iOs8? Anyone know where that is?
