iOS 8.0.2 wifi issue

After updating with 8.0.2 last night, everything is fine with my iPhone 6 plus. Woke up this morning and I noticed that wifi is very slow. My other idevices are working fine. I reset my router and still the same... reset network connection and still the same... after booting up, it won't even recognize any wifi. Finally, I did a hard reset and it fixed my issue. I hope I don't have to do this every morning. Apple, please fix this darn wifi issue!!! You messed up several times already in a week! If you want to keep your customer happy, please make this right! I am losing my trust in you Apple!!!

I think you got it wrong, he just advised to call Apple care and try to get it resolved there.

May it be under any NDA or whatever (I am not a dev, so I'm not bound to any non disclosure agreement), iOS 8.1 does currently not fix these issues either.

I called the Apple care yesterday, they claimed to never had heard of this issue before and they, too, escalated it to engineering. Honestly, I am losing hope. Based on "you're holding it wrong".

8.0.2 is causing terrible problems with wifi. My iPhone 4S cannot access wifi at all, and I have now discovered that even the presence of the phone on my wifi system causes my Mac to take several minutes to reconnect to wifi after sleeping. The solution? Turn off wifi on the phone, restart the router, and the Mac accesses wifi immediately again. This is a disastrous update from Apple.

A few months ago, I switched from an android phone to iphone to get a more stable phone. Now my iphone 5C is unstable. Apps crash, wifi works intermittently. Update to 8.0.2 and they haven't fixed safari. Still have apps crashing and intermittent wifi. As of right now, my former android phone was more reliable which is sad. And I'm feeling a bit screwed by Apple right now. I may take this phone back.

Shall I take all this to mean that if you are currently at iOS 8.0 - not to upgrade to 8.0.2? From what I read, it seems that 8.0.2 is far worse than 8.0.

if so, then why does Aplle keep "pushing" iOS 8.0.2 on us? All my devices (iPads, etc) are at 8.0, yet they constantly want me to upgrade to 8,0.2. They all even download the upgrade - which I have to occasionally delete. It's really annoying and making me seriously wonder if I should continue to stay with Apple. We've all had buggy operating systems (if upgraded or bought iPhone 6) since Sept 17th. It's now October 1 and we still have to deal with the buggiest OS I have seen in well over 30 years. If it is all so bad, why did Apple unleash this on us in the first place? They must have known of problems.
