I follow what krojo suggested and now it's working fine.
but I must say, my app; line has been unauthorized of sending message to my friend to ask them purchase itune card.
I had exactly the same problem. Can't seem to get the phone to downgrade back to 8.0 though. Could you advise how do i go about doing the downgrade? Thanks in advance
I got my ip6 128GB silver upgraded straight to 8.0.2 but same problem - no cellular service and touch ID doesn't work! Shame. Rolled back to 8.0.0 (painful process).
I'm guessing 8.0.3 or 8.1 better be quick Apple my patience running low!
Dear Krojo. You installed 802 (no cellular service and no touch ID); rolled back to 800 (cellular and touch ID works fine) and lastly reinstall 802 and now both issues are gone?
I have no issues since I upgraded to 8.0.2 the second time.
OK thanks ... I just have to wait for another day. the process just takes too long for me... back to 802 and syncing for the first time.... Im reading that there are people who are still having issues with 802... maybe I should hang on till 803 or 810...
If you have problem with 8.0.2 follow the following steps.
1. Downgrade back to 8.0.0
2. Restore iPhone from latest backup.
3. Update to 8.0.2 using iTunes. Do not use OTA update (wifi)
Mine working fine now.
Ive been on iOS 8.0.2 since i got the iPhone 6 2 weeks now but only today it lost the cellular service completely
