iCloud Drive link/icon missing in Windows (file) Explorer

I have installed iCloud for Windows 4.0 and all looks fine, except there is no link to my iCloud repository in Windows file explorer. The icon for iCloud Pictures shows in the directory structure and Favorites, bit iCloud Drive is a no-show.

I have clicked in the control panel to enable iCloud Drive. Click Apply and all looks fine. Close the control panel and re-open it and iCloud Drive is no longer selected (though I can select it and apply). It just doesnt do anything on my PC.

Running IOS-8.0.2 on iPhone 6, Windows 7 with all latest service pack/security updates. iCloud control panel shows version 4.0

I fixed this. Something quirky on my particular PC config, perhaps.

But, fix was simple. Locate the iCloud app link in Start-All Programs-iCloud-iCloud and right click. Select Run as Administrator and accept the dialog to run it. The link to iCloud directory is now in Windows Explorer. Stays put after multiple reboots, so seems to be fixed and just needed to be run with elevated priviledges. Likely my AV setup (Kaspersky), since my Windows userid has full admin privileges, and I have trusted access turned off.
