Keep disconnecting from iCloud

All of my library is in the cloud right now, nothing cached locally.

Running iTunes for PC 11.4


This has been happening all evening (3-4 hours now).


I fire up iTunes. Give it a minute. It checks in the cloud. All my songs light up.

As soon as I play any song, it starts playing/streaming, then immediately my library goes all light grey and inaccessible.

I found that if I double-click the cloud icon it sort of reconnects and then all my songs light up again.

Until I play another song, then I drop offline again.


It does this 4 different computers, one of which is at work (I tested via remote desktop/logmein)

It wasn't an Internet issue. I was able to browse the web without issue while experiencing this problem. As I mentioned, I was even able to connect remotely to my work computer and fire up iTunes on that machine remotely and had the same issue. Due to those factors, my feeling is that the iTunes Match service was having issues at the time. This morning, things are fine on all systems.
