After upgrading my control panel on a win 8.1 x64 machine my photo stream stopped working.. After two days of doing all the usual things (loggin out, re installing etc...) to try and get it working i downgraded to an older version of the control panel and photo stream immediately started working.
Anyone else had this issue?

I Too have upgraded the Icloud on windows and have the same no photo stream I would love to uninstall and put on the version I had before which worked fine but I can't find a download for it at all and I'm not computer savvy either :-(( did you just uninstall x
I was lucky. I had a copy of the old install file backed up on my computer. Uninstalled v4 and re installed v3.1. The moment i did that photo stream was working within minutes. Looks like v4 is a tad buggy. I'm pretty sure you can download copies.
