Q: iphone 6 plus always searching when on home screen?

Hello. My new iPhone 6 Plus always has the search thing in the upper left hand corner twirling. Why is that? My other iPhones never did that.

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.2)

Howdy there westld,

It sounds like either your Wi-Fi is constantly searching or you are unable to connect to your cellular network. If it is where your Wi-Fi symbol would be, use the troubleshooting in the following article:

iOS: Troubleshooting Wi-Fi networks and connections

If it is where your cellular network would be, then I would use this article instead:
