iphone 6 plus

It will only bend if subjected to extreme pressure.

My bent iPhone 6 plus has never been under any pressure or in a pocket. It's usually on my desk or in my handbag. It is also in a case specifically made to suit the iPhone 6 plus and has a glass gaurd on it. This was all installed by Verizon. Why has it slightly bent near the volume down button? What can I do about it? I recieved it 10/29/14. Thanks for any assistance. Pamela
