I too have had this problem since upgrading. After emailing the ITunes music store I continued to read the posts, run diagnostics and pretty much do everything else we all have including turning my security software on and off. I just had some measure of success however!!! I clicked on Store in the ITunes menu and clicked on Authorize and went through those steps it worked. I had to re-autohrize my computer which is one of 5 total that you can own which is allowed to operate with ITunes.
I did try several things all at the same time but I am pretty sure that I had the same results because I got the error "ITunes store unavailable. Please try again later." Try that and see what happens. As soon as I authorized it and the steps complete it showed me all my software including the games which I purchased and they are actively downloading now. Keep on top of if though, sometimes you get a time out error and just need to refresh the screen. If this doesn't work for you let me know and I will try to list what I did step by step. I did some other things but I am positive its the Authorization part. Good luck all! =0)
