It sounds like you are unable to connect to the bluetooth in your car with an iPhone 6. Resetting all settings on the iPhone should reset your network settings as well, so I would next reset your phone with this process:
Turn your iOS device off and on (restart) and reset
To reset, press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons for at least 10 seconds, until you see the Apple logo
If the issue does persist, I would next backup and restore your phone as new with iTunes and test the functionalitywith a 'blank slate' and then contact Apple if need be per the following article:
iOS: Troubleshooting Bluetooth connections
If the steps above have not resolved the Bluetooth behavior you are experiencing, perform a software restore in iTunes.
