What's does 'MD760LL/B' mean when looking at MacBook Airs?

Hey Guys,

This is my first post so please bear with me.

Anyway, I've been looking around at buying a MacBook Air. However, I keep seeing different numbers and letters on the listings of the MacBooks.

I am unsure what they mean, and I would like to know if they are in anyway different to those that would be bought off the Apple website or the store.

It seems to be that there is loads of different codes even on the same 2014 MacBook Air 13" editions, which to me I don't understand.

If anyone can please explain what they mean before I buy one, and if it will be different to the ones purchased here then I would be very grateful.
