Q: Password

Guys, i have a problem with my apple ID. I forget my password. Yes, i've been trying a lot to send an email to get a new one, but the problem is, I DON'T RECEIVE THIS EMAIL HAHA, i don't know if the problem is that apple can't send the email to me, or if the problem is that I can't receive the email.

Hope you can help me. Thanks!
