Go to Display & Brightness / Display Zoom / View / select Standard. It should now rotate as it should normally. It will not rotate on zoom.

NNot is not working with my phone

Mine has been set to "standard" since I set up the phone (iPhone 6). The orientation lock is off. My home screen still won't rotate. (It has never rotated for me and I can't figure out why). Any other suggestions?
