Oct 1, 2014 10:13 PM in response to Honezf16by bmyersjr,I have 2 apple tvs and they are both doing that only when I watch movies purchased on iTunes. Before the update they both froze the video but audio kept going at 10 min exactly. You aren't the only one with the issue and I keep getting told its my wifi connection. Strange how it only happens when I watch my iTunes movies... Sorry that I have no help for you.. Its super annoying...

Using ethernet will usually help to show if there's a wifi issue, along with getting a report of the network using istumbler, netstumbler or similar. (Look for signal strength and noise.)

Oct 8, 2014 2:43 PM in response to Honezf16by AndyMan,I have the same issue streaming broadcast radio or streaming through AirPlay. Exactly 12 minutes then the stream stops with the same error message you are getting. 3rd gen AppleTV after latest software update. Done complete wifi network troubleshooting. My Gen 2 AppleTV with last AppleTV software version on same network does NOT have this issue. Reset my 3rd gen to factory specs and still no fix (though factor reset updated it to latest software release, not second to last release, which worked fine). Going to call Apple on this, if they'll let me do it for free.

Oct 13, 2014 8:43 AM in response to AndyManby Honezf16,I'd love to know what they say. I'm still having the issues. When I listen to iTunes internet radio on my MACBOOK I never have this problem...just when I'm trying to listen on my TV through the Apple TV box.

Oct 13, 2014 11:43 AM in response to bmyersjrby vazandrew,Is it happening at those exact time points on every iTunes movie or only certain titles?
