    Hi Letvargas,

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities!

I know that an issue like this after an update can be very frustrating. For this situation, there is an article that has some great troubleshooting steps outlined. I would suggest reading over the article and working through the steps provided.

The guideline does not work, I do now have my second iPhone 5c in just two weeks, both have had the same issue - whenever the screen is locked, the clock stops moving forward. I did have high hopes about my latest phone, it has been ok for a day or two now, was a bit behind this morning, but switching off automatic time update and on again did fix it...until this afternoon, same issue again. What I have done since I got my first 5c

    • Always on the latest version of iOs
    • Restored from backup - the problem was there
    • Cleared all, using only factory defaults, problem still there - repeated that n number of times, still same issue
    • New phone, same problem with new phone (did not restore backup, using only factory defaults)
    • New sim card, same problem with new sim card
    • And yes, I have the latest version number provided by my carrier
    • Setting time manually - same issue (Which I would assume leaves out blaming my carrier?)

Using the public transportation app to buy tickets is a pain, I always have to adjust the time. I do not dear buying a 30-days ticket, only single journey tickets. I have to borrow my wifes phone using that as an alarm clock. Maybe this is a top secret plan to boost the sales of the apple watch, since I now really needs a watch with an alarm that I can trust...

And might I add to the list

    • Bluetooth has stopped working, did notice it today when starting my car. Previously it was always on and immeidately paired with the car stereo, now it won't even turn on. Had the same issue with the first 5c as well. And for the record, the troubleshooting guide iOS: Troubleshooting Bluetooth connections does not solve the issue.
    • Wifi seems to be a bit on and off. I noticed yesterday evening that the phone had trouble connecting to my home network.

Need to go out today and buy myself a alarm clock, since my phone cannot be trusted - clock has been standing still the last hour - and now it is set to manual (manual as in -> me have to adjust it all the time.... )

And since last time I have also tried to place the phone in flight mode, adjust the time manually and....clock does not move. The clock is stopping always whatever I do when the screen is locked. If unlocked it heads forward, and then to make it even more confusing, sometimes it then reset back to the time when I unlocked the screen or sometimes it keeps the latest update.

I do notice that the google search "iphone 5 clock not working -5c" returns no hits related to issues like this, so it seems to be only a 5c issue.

I have the same problem with my iPhone 5c. The time is always delayed. It just started end of Feb. 2016. I never had this problem before. I called Apple CS they said to reset my wifi connection at home. I did and it still continues. All of us are Apple users but it's only my phone who has this problem. Help! :/ ty.
