Hi everyone! I come from Italy... My uncle lives in Boston and he could buy for me the t mobile sim free iPhone 6... My question is the following one: if I use this iPhone in italy with my italian operator, could it have problem in 4t LTE? And in 3G?

LTE is not guaranteed to work. 3G should work.

In any case buying a phone in the US for use in Italy is not a good idea, as the warranty is not international and should something go wrong with the phone you will NOT be able to get service/support in Italy.
Wanna avoid headaches; buy a phone in the country you intend to use it in i.e. Italy.
