Q: iBooks books not showing in iBooks library
I recently bought a rMBP and needed to switch all my epubs and pfds from the huge iBooks library I had on my previous computer.
I copied all the content from /Users/username/Library/Containers/com.apple.BKAgentService/Data/Documents/iBooks over to the same folder on the new MacBook and launched iBooks.
The library doesn't show the books not even after restarting the whole computer. I tried to add them manually trough iBooks with cmd + shift + o and then I get the notice:
"Book is already in library, do you want to replace?"
Do I need to delete some com.apple.ibooks file or so to get them to show up in the library (the books are .epub and .pdf)? Thanks in advance
MacBook Pro, OS X Mavericks (10.9.2)

I deleted the BKAgent but this made it even worse, had to get the folder back again from a friend with an empty iBooks library.
After that added books in again and it worked.
