Q: icloud

I upgraded my iphone 4 icloud storage as I couldn't download OS7 due to not enough memory. Still had to delete Apps to be able to download it. Consequently I dont need 20GB @ .79p per month and wish to revert to original free 5GB. Been in touch with Apple consumer chat who said get in touch with iTunes and they say get in touch with apple. Apart from phoning direct what can I do?

iPhone 4S, iOS 7.1

Thank you for your quick reply. Helpful info in iCloud storage upgrades and downgrades whereby they said it will downgrade at the end of the month or when subscription ends. So I have ticked to downgrade 5GB but have not been able to click 'Done'. So will wait and see if it changes in a month's time.
