I changed my Apple ID and password, and deleted my old email address since it was no use to me. I want to create a new iCloud account, but I already created one with my old Apple ID and I forgot the password I used for it. What can I do?

Content and Apple IDs -
Content is forever tied to the Apple ID that bought it. Apple does not transfer content from one Apple ID to another. Apple does not merge Apple IDs. You will never be able to access your content bought with one Apple ID with a new Apple ID.
