I have a mid 2010 iMac can I have airplay?
Hi, I have amid 2010 iMac and a 3rd generation Apple TV. I would like to know if I can use mirroring on my iMac, or is it too old? Thank you.

Niel is correct, here are the machines that support Airplay:
Requirements for AirPlay in OS X
An Apple TV
- Apple TV (2nd generation or later) with software update v5.0 or later.
- AirPlay turned on in the Settings menu of the Apple TV.

- iMac (Mid 2011 or newer)

I am all good now, as I have put on Airparrot, which works superbly.
