Q: Imessage isn't working

I used to be able to imessage on my computer, but all the sudden it logged me off and it won't let me sign back on. I plug in the right apple id username and password but every time I press log in it says "the registering device does not have appropriate credentials" and I don't know how to fix this

Hi,

This is the second time I have seen someone post this particular error message.

It seems odd that it worked a few day ago.

I would contact Apple Support and say you have an issue with your account (they will try and charge for Software or Hardware issues).
If they insist that you should pay ask to speak to a level 2 person.
