How can I completely delete Keychain? I already deleted the log-in, but the prompts won't stop.

I tried deleting all my keychains, but the prompts won't stop coming. I had to reset my Apple password now everything is screwed up and so has my Amazon Cloud Drive folder. I now have to create a new Cloud Drive folder and start backing up 100+GB of pics and docs. How do I get rid of this **** thing? I don't use iCloud. I've already deleted the Keychain log-in and reset and reboot, but it's not working.
