Q: I can not get my iPhone 4S out of logo loop.

Hi

I have an iPhone 4S that went onto the logo loop after I pluged it in to charge. The battery was still on 21%. I tried to restore the phone to factory defaults and it started to install the iOS 7.1.2 and the phone just died en went back to the logo loop. After that i thought maybe it was the battery that was damaged so i replaced it with a new genuine battery but i still have the same problem. Itunes gave me the 3194 and 4013 errors. I've tried different usb cables, uninstalling itunes and all apple drivers and another computer and still the phone does not want to respond. Can someone help me please?
