ios 8.2 problems for iphone 4s
having 2 major problems with my iphone 4s since installing ios8. firstly, my wifi randomly stopped working and the option to turn it on or off was greyed out, i called apple in america twice and followed their instructions to try and resolve the problem but it didnt, it was like that up until 2 hours ago when i plugged my phone into my laptop and itunes said there was an 8.2 update, since installing this i am now able to turn my wifi on and off, and sometimes it just comes up with the searching symbol and then other times it would pick up my wifi, id put the password in but said i couldnt connect, i then left it, twice so far its connected to my wifi but only for a min then loses connection. when i go on to the wifi setting it will either freeze or again not pick up and wifi connections. i have done 4 master resets, and cleared my whole phone to which leads on to my next problem, my music app. normally it will have the albums,songs,artists option at the bottom and since resetting my phone neither of those come up at the bottom, regardless whether i have music on it it still should come up. this is like deja vu all over again when i had a blackberry and blackberry f***ed up for days and now these guys are doing the same, i can safely say its put me off having another iphone. when i took it into my local store not one of those people took the time to explain what may of caused it but where quick to tell me i needed to buy a new handset for £150 or pay £88 to cancel my current contract to then get a new iphone. well i wish i could say sorry for saying this but i'm not this will be the first and LAST time i use an apple product. so hurry the f**k up and sort it out!!!!!!!!!
