Q: how do I delete a movie from the I pad?

How does one delete a movie from the iPad? I've tried to delete these according to the instructions and nothing happens.

iPad 2, iOS 7.1.2

Click on movie keep pressed and you should see some choices on screen including delete Bsydd uk
