Q: How can I simultaneously save documents into folders and to iCloud?

I like being able to see the folders on my desktop, but I also would feel better if they were in the cloud. I know you can duplicate a pages document and save it to the cloud, but I do not feel like going through all my documents one by one. Is there a faster way to do this?

You won't get that until Yosemite. The closest you'll get for now is the file >> open menu of a compatible app.

Wait a few more days, until the new MacOS X 10.10 Yosemite is available. We don't know the exact Date, but it is to come this fall. This will bring iCloud Drive to MacOS. You will be able to use iCloud like an external disk and simply drag and drop documents and folders there.
