Q: after i did the update to ios 8 my phone completely messed up i cant make calls or if someone calls they cant hear  me also my apps when i open them they just shut down i have a child thats disabled amd if i need to call 911 how do i fix it?

after i did the update to ios8 my phone started acting didfferent and slower i cant make any calls and if someone calls me they cant hear mewhen i open a app it automatically shuts down i need this fixed now i dont pay every month for it to be acting this way.
