WiFi issue after iOS 8.02 update

Having WiFi issues on my 4s after updating to 8.02. After the phone goes to sleep mode and when the phone is turned back on the WiFi is showing poor signal then it turns off and then reconnects. Anyone with similar issue?

When I tried to use the WiFi today via my MAC and my iPhone's hotspot, the phone froze. I tried to turn off the hotspot and turn it back on, it locked up and when I tried to restart by it shutting it off, it shut off completely and would not turn back on at all. Hours later, after a very frustrating time on-line doing all the trouble shooting on apple support, I called the Verizon Wireless tech support, I spoke to Kiana and she worked on it and had me plug it back into my computer where the iTunes is located and hold the on/off (sleep) button and home button down at the same time - after 10 to 20 seconds it turned back on and is fully up. It also allowed me to do WiFi and my hotspot linked again. I hope this helps. My iPhone is a 5s and I upgraded to the 8.02 this morning - pretty sure there had to be connection between the issues I have had and that upgrade.
