OS X Time Machine Server Offsite and Onsite?

Hi Guys!

I am running a OS X 10.9 Mavericks Server which I use for DHCP, DNS, Open Directory, and VPN. The company I work for has been interested in using OS X's time machine feature for backing up all of their individual computers to the server. Basically right now I have around

  • 7- 2013 MBPR's
  • 1 OS X Server

I initially figured that I'd use a separate drive for the OS X Server's service and also use that drive for the Server backup, however, they told me they needed to also have an offsite backup. They basically would want what's on the first drive copied over onto their offsite drive. Is there anyway to do this with OS X? DO you guys know of any solutions with 3rd software that could copy my primary backup drive to the offsite one?

Thanks!- Connor
