iOS 8 battery usage not working

Hi

I have iPhone6, running iOS 8.02. restored from iTunes backup of iPhone5 running iOS 8.

When I go into settings, general, usage, and click on battery usage, it doesn't break down which apps are using my battery. It says "Battery information will be available after using iPhone for a few minutes"... However I have now had my phone for 6 days and it still does not show anything.

Also, my facebook app (fully updated) is crashing ALL the time. Anyone else having this issue?
