Q: how do i type a note on iMac and transfer to iPhone to send text?

I want to quickly send and receive negotiations to someone who has texting but does not own a computer......i am hoping i can compose on my iMac and send to my iPhone to send to the party and then they can send answers back to me......I would like to avoid the "overnighting mail" that would otherwise be involved.

I have 10.9.5 on my IMac and IPhone 5

Hi horseylady,

One way to accomplish what you are trying to do would be to use a service such as iCloud to sync the Notes application between your iMac and iPhone. Once the information gets to your iPhone you can cut and paste it into a text message. See this article -
