I'm thinking of moving off my old iMac and onto a PowerMac - is there an easy conversion utility? I'm pretty new in the space here...

Just copy the files.

You can connect using an etherenet cable or use an external drive.

You can just use the Setup Assistant or Migration Assistant to transfer your files, or do it manually if desired.
