apple tv photostream unable to sign in after update

After updating my Apple TV with the most recent update I am unable to connect to my photostream. I have tried several times to agree to the new Icloud Terms and Conditions and continuously received the message that "Apple TV cannot connect to the server at this time Please try later." I have since rebooted the Apple TV and also signed out of and resigned in to my Icloud account neither of these worked. I need suggestions?
