Oct 13, 2014 8:37 AM in response to Subro52by bkkanv,So the answer is simple. Before logging in to iCloud and accepting the terms and conditions, go to Settings - General - Region Format. Change your region format so that it matches your iTunes store country. Then go back and sign into iCloud, accept the terms. Should work.
