how do i reinstall quick time player pro?
MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.6.8)
Reinstall the free QuickTime 7, and if needed, apply your QuickTime Pro key to it.

it didn't help me at all. i entered key number, but it doesn't recognize it
Look at your email confirmation purchase closely. You must enter the user data exactly as it is shown for the registered user name, organization (if there is one), and the registration code. You also must tab past all three fields after they have been entered.
