I noticed today that on my iPhone 6 the FaceTime camera on the front appears way off-center. I've attached a photo, but it's a little hard to see. It doesn't seem to interfere with the camera, but I don't really know that without a comparison and I haven't seen any other iPhone 6 in person to compare how it looks. Should I
take this in to have looked at?

It's definitely NOT designed to do that lol. Also it's not the camera but a small grey ring around the camera that they've obviously designed to be too thin and moves over time. Mines stopped moving, doesn't get in the way of the lens and I haven't bothered about it since. I've had this iPhone 6 since launch day over 2 years ago :)
It's exactly where it's supposed to be.
So the fact that it looks like a 3/4 moon shouldn't worry me? That crescent shape is supposed to encroach on the lens? Every other lens on my previous iPhones is perfectly circular except this one.
Your picture is rather blurry, so it's hard to tell from what you posted, but have you had a facetime call and did it work? If it's not working, you might have a reason to be concerned, but it looks just fine to me.
Here's a clearer photo. The lens does not appear to match up with the cut out or something beneath the glass seems to have slid over. I guess I can always just pop into an Apple store and ask them about it, but I was wondering if anyone else's looked like this.
If you are concerned, take it to Apple and let them look at it. It's still not easy to tell from your photo.
Hard to tell the angle the photo is being taken at but mine appears dead center when viewed from above, I'd take it in - especially if the picture is obscured, shaded or blurred when you use the front camera.
I'm having the same issue. I have a crescent moon around the upper right. It looks like the camera shifted from its original spot.
I took it to the Apple Store today and they gave me a new phone.
how is your new phone going? I had the same issue, and they gave a new phone as well. Now my new phone's facetime camera appears off-center again.
No problems so far. With the original phone, I have no idea if the camera started out that way and I just never noticed it, or if it somehow shifted on its own at some point.
I have the same issue. Going to Apple store tomorrow to have it addressed. Glad to hear the result from you visit with them.
I have same issue. Not as much as the picture. More like a hairline.
My replaced phone has the hairline like issue, and I brought it to my local Apple Store. They refused to replace my phone again. And then their manager were trying to say that this is a cutomatic related issue and they refused to do any further inspection. After I argued they finally agreed to submitted a form to apple with some pictures of my off centerd front camera.
I think this is a serious problem because the facetime camara should not to be moving around at the first place. Hope Apple can pay more attention with this off centered camara issue.
My iPhone was out of the box like the picture above showed (camera off centered). Apple team here in Dallas, TX replaced my phone and stated I was the first to have this manufacturer issue. This may be a 1 in every how many units issue. I will say that the replacement is dead center this time around and seeing as I inspected before I left if it goes off center again this presents a different issue.
