Q: Bluetooth fails on 2014 BMW

Iphone 6 "Bonds" correctly via in car screen, but when activating a call--call gets cut off and doesn't go through speakers. You can't tell if call is active or not. Don't know if this is iPhone 6 problem or iOS8 issue. Had iPhone 5s on iOS8 and all worked well. I think it is something in iphone6. Online check of software for my vehicle shows all is unto date. Any ideas?? I tried resetting all network settings and same problem.
