Q: iPad 2 keeps crashing rebooting after ios 8 update

Since updating my iPad 2 to ios 8 I have had numerous problems with it, first thing that happened was the accesscibility features came on and would'nt turn off, had to attach to my mac and disable them in itunes, also while this was occuring the ipad 2 kept randomly rebooting, this is still occuring, I have so far done a soft reset and a hard reset, I've done a restore, I've updated to ios 8.2 and still the same things happening, this is starting to get very annoying.

 

iPad 2 was working fine until this update . .  please can anyone assist . . .

    Well it didn't work for me

     

    And Apple are still ignoring my emails, even though I send them one every day asking for a response to my questions, but they still choose to ignore me.

     

    Fantastic customer service, but it's to be expected, they've got my money so they are happy . . . .

    Dear Vince Charming, I feel your pain, but this thread has been very entertaining. Sorry. I have the same problem, rebooting half a dozen times per day. My ipad just freezes for no apparent reason, and it becomes a brick until I reboot/ reset. I spend quite a lot of my time travelling for work, and havent managed to get to a 'genius', but I will and we'll see what they say!!

    you'll probably feel all of my pain after speaking to a genius . .  good luck with that . .

     

    It's now been nearly a year since my iPad 2 was bricked by the ios 8 and I'm still emailing the EMIA that was originally assigned to me nearly everyday, still being ignored, but hey I might one day get into the Guinness Book of records for longest time complaining to a Customer Service/Support Dept and being ignored !

     

    Also tweet Tim at least once a week letting him know that I'm still being ignored, but alas, he ignores me to, not blocked me as yet though  . . .so there's still hope there I suppose.

    iPad4 - Installed iOS 9.0.2 - Crashes and crashes! Just gave a try to what labviso.com mentioned, let's see!
    Welcome to 2015!!! This is a note to APPLE COMPUTERS!
    I have been using Apple products (iOS and Mac OS X) since 2010 and I had very pleasant experience with them. I don't know what is causing them to suck at that level since 2014!!! Well, I don't think I would recommend anyone to buy their products again! no way!!!
