Can you share playlist with iOS via iCloud?

I downloaded a mp3 file (a recorded discussion) ... can I share it with my iPhone wirelessly via iCloud? without having it sync it via usb?

That is a good question and I am here to clear that up for you. If you want to sync that MP3 that was not purchased through the iTunes Store, then you would need to invest in iTunes Match or set up your iPhone with Wi-Fi syncing. If you go the route of iTunes Match, it will match all the contents of your iTunes library, including playlists and sync them across all your devices and computer. iTunes Match does cost money and it is a yearly subscriptions of $24.99. If you do not want to pay that, then you will have to go the route of syncing your iPhone with you computer, but as I said before there is an option to sync wirelessly so you do not have to be connected by a cable.
