Pictures in my Cloud photo stream on my iPhone are not showing up on my Windows computer

The items in my photo stream on my Window 7 seem to have disappeared. I seem to be able to see them on my iPhone but not on the computer. Has anyone else had this particular issue?

iPhone 4S, iOS 7.0.2
