No, not really. If you burn a standard audio CD you are using a protocol set up in the early 1980s and there was no provision for including track information. It appears on your computer when you re-insert the CD because iTunes recognizes the CD, but it isn't included on the CD itself.
iTunes does support CD-text when burning, but iTunes itself will not support CD-text in playback and it isn't universally supported. You would have to read each playback device's manual to see if they can interpret CD-text.
You can burn tracks to CD in non-audio format which is essentially copying the mp3 or m4a/aac track to the CD as data. Some newer players can read those format discs, but then there's the question as to whether or not they will display the track information.
