Q: Viewing books created in ibook author on an iPhone?

My books are created with ibook author and are live on the iBookstore. Whatever about not being able to buy them on the iPhone, I don't even show up as an author when searching iBookstore for my name. However, I have bought books from the store on my phone that were quite obviously created in ibook author. Is there something I'm doing wrong to prevent my being the same? They're not multi-touch books or anything like that so not sure why? Is this a drm issue, maybe?

    Can you give an example?  Since they cannot be read on an iphone it doesn't make much sense to let people buy them.

    Is there another way to publish books for iBooks that will render them accessible for iPhone 6+ (or other iPhone) users (such as epub...)?

    Sure, either .epub or .pdf format will work fine.

     

    The Apple app for .epub is Pages, but there are many others.  Just not iBooks Author.

     

    There are countless apps to produce .pdf, including both Pages and iBooks Author.
