How to show desktop icons on all desktops?

Hi,

I have a MBP 13" Retina & OSX 10.9.5. I have connected the MBP to an external DELL screen with an HDMI cable.

I would like to see all my desktop icons (the same ones) an all my desktops and all my screens.

How can I set this up?

Try System Preferences/Mission Control and un-check Displays have separate spaces.
